Children are also showing great interest in this new and exciting sport. But before your kids get on the board, there are some important things to consider, which I, as an eFoil trainer, am happy to share. Safety comes first If children want to ride an eFoil, they must be confident swimmers. This means that they should be able to navigate the water well without aids and not be afraid of falling into the water. In addition, an impact protection vest and a well-fitting helmet are mandatory.
